7. Prohibited Conduct

These activities are strictly prohibited:

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their photos, personality data, and likeness. By using our platform, creators grant us a limited license to:

Revocation: Creators can revoke this license and request AI Twin removal at any time by contacting legal@blpagency.org. New content generation will cease immediately.

AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated photos and conversations are owned by the creator. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to view and download purchased content for personal use only.

9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
